Share clear images or video as proof via WhatsApp or social media
We will offer a replacement or refund after verification

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping cost

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued
